Exhibition Date: December 15–18, 2025
Venue: Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre
Exhibition Scale: 13,000 square meters
Organizer: LINGAN International Exhibition (Guangzhou) Group Co., Ltd.
*The organizer reserves the right to make adjustments in case of force majeure
Exhibition Participation Fees
Standard Booth Fee: RMB 41,000 per 9㎡ (minimum order area)
Includes basic booth setup and furniture (carpet, company name display, table and chairs)
Registration Fee: RMB 2,000 per company
Covers external communication, service fees, entry badges, and invitation letters
Personnel Fee: RMB 15,000 per person
Includes 4-star hotel accommodation during the exhibition, round-trip international airfare, overseas insurance, a full-time team leader, all meals during the exhibition period, and local specialty meals
Transportation Fee: If you require us to handle the shipment of goods, charges will be based on actual costs incurred
